Role playing and Rhymes

My daughter likes playing with some pots and pans left in the bottom cabinets. I was then reminded of how giving her a spatula would encourage play. She did something like mixing he imaginary ingredients. Inspired by that, I fed her and me, what she had just made.
In Aakesi Pappesi rhyme style, I asked her to share the yummy food with her father, which she just had it her herself.
English rhymes in Hindi are good but the one, two buckle my shoe loses its end rhyme. And what of the culture in a rhyme during translation. Should you translate it into the local or retain that of the source?
