Exercise after baby

There are layers of remnants on me. 5 pounds from depo. 2 pounds from a kids party. I happened to see Jillian Michaels 30 day shred video. It is motivating. Jumping jacks and jump ropes. I am now seeing bliss in walking with numbers moving on a wide screen of a Sportsart. The calories matching the extra sandwich.

There was a special exercise for mommies with bellies - Reverse crunch
Seems easier the second day.

When I saw someone do pull ups at a station, I was reminded of Wall bars at a gym in undergrad. I didnt know of its uses before. The only thing was to hang just for a little bit. Why women cant do pull ups
